1. General Terms

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the www12 platform and its users. By using the www12 website, application, or any of its services, you voluntarily agree to comply with these terms.

These terms apply in both English and Bengali. In case of any dispute, the Bengali version shall take precedence. www12 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; continued use of the platform after amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account and use services on www12, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• You must participate under your own identity and with your own funds.
• You must not already have an existing account on www12.
• You must not be under any voluntary commitment to refrain from gaming.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account on www12. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in the closure of all associated accounts and cancellation of any related bonuses.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and your own. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

3. Age Verification

www12 enforces a strict policy against minors participating in gaming. Platform services are available only to those aged 21 or above.

www12 may request age verification documents at any time. A National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate will be accepted as valid documents. Withdrawals may be held pending until verification is complete.

4. Account Security & Identity Verification

It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your www12 account. Keep your password confidential and never share it with any third party.

4.1 KYC (Know Your Customer) Process

www12 follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. You may be required to provide identity verification documents at the time of withdrawal or upon request by www12:

• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (matching bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number)

4.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately and change your password. www12 is not liable for financial losses resulting from unauthorized access, unless it is proven to have been caused by a failure of the platform's own security.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

www12 supports the following payment methods:

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for all payment methods. The maximum deposit limit is determined by the payment method and account tier. Funds will only be accepted from the registered payment method linked to the account.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

5.4 Third-Party Payments

Deposits or withdrawals through a third party are strictly prohibited. All financial transactions must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus is available on your first deposit at www12, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳18,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 for a total balance of ৳28,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Funds earned from bonuses must meet the wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount.

6.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each person may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses may only be used on games and betting markets approved by www12.
• www12 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at its discretion.
• In cases of fraudulent activity, bonuses and related winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.

6.4 VIP Program

The www12 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers weekly cashback — from Bronze through Diamond, the rates are 0.3%, 0.6%, 0.9%, 1.2%, and 1.5% respectively. Play well to move up to higher tiers.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Betting Markets & Sports Events

www12 offers betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (FIFA and various leagues), kabaddi, and many other sports events. All bets are settled in accordance with the relevant rules.

7.2 Bet Settlement

Bets will be settled based on the final result only. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, www12 will refund or settle bets in accordance with its specific rules.

7.3 Technical Failures

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue, www12 will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution. www12 reserves the right to void bets placed based on incorrect odds or payout information displayed as a result of a system error.

7.4 Game Integrity

www12 uses software from established game providers to ensure fair play — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and Ezugi. All game outcomes are determined through RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on www12:

• Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Involvement in money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Applying fraudulent strategies in any game or betting system.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to steal or hack other users' account information.
• Gaining unauthorized access to www12 systems or exploiting security vulnerabilities.
• Placing bets in another person's name or with another person's funds.
• Involvement in match-fixing or sports manipulation.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and legal action where necessary.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Account Closure by www12

In the event of a breach of these terms, www12 may close or suspend any account without prior notice. Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) in a closed account will be returned, though withdrawals may be held while an investigation is ongoing.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, send a request to [email protected]. Please withdraw any valid balance before closing the account. As part of responsible gaming, you may also apply for a temporary or permanent self-exclusion.

10. Responsible Gaming

www12 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Gaming should be enjoyable — it should never be seen as a solution to financial problems.
